How come when I play Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, I have a full green connection but still lag?
The past few days while playing MW2 on my XBox 360, I will have a full green connection but still lag and jump around.
It’s because of other people with bad connections.

It could be the hosts that you play in. They lag a lot, but when they do, most of the time the whole group migrates

its because the person who is the host (the person your xbox connects to to put it simple) has a crappy conenction

Your host must have a bad connection, the server automatically picks a player as a host and if they have a bad connection, then everyone will lag

It is because the host probably has a bad ping. If their ping is bad everyone lags up.

Because your internet is probably slow. Find out what speed your internet is running at and do you have broadband if not i would suggest getting it as its really the only way to play online games. The full green means good connection with the host it doesnt determine speed which the information passes from you to them. Good luck getting non lag
