How do i unlock the chainsaw-sword-gun in call of duty modern warfare 2?

I saw youtube videos of it and people were doing real good. i was just wondering how to unlock it. im only a level 12 and i dont feel like waiting to get it so if you have the cheat code thats fine too…. or if there isnt a cheat can someone give me a walkthrough on how to get it.
