How do you sync books you have purchased on your first Kindle on to your second?

My first Kindle broke so I have gotten a new one, but I can’t figure out how to sync my old books onto it. Anyone know how?

    They should be in the archive section on your new kindle and you can download from there or you can go to Amazon.com and go to the manage your kindle page and from there click to send to your new kindle.
