Why does it say my modern warfare 2 disc is unreadable but my other games work perfectly?

I have an xbox 360. My Xbox 360 is the U.K version and my modern warfare 2 is the american version however this never made a difference before when it was perfectly working. I have twice got the disc cleaned and there are no scratches on the disc.

I kno u said that u checked the disc but just to make sure, check carefully, and f u see a perfect circle a lil bit under the outer part of the disc then ur screwed.
