Every year there is a killer toy or product that everybody wants and retail stores are hard pressed to keep in inventory.  The only place you will find these hard to get items for sure is online on eBay at ridiculous premiums… Read Wii Console here in 2008 (my nightmare).

This year it is the unpretentious mechanical hamster… yes… the Zhu Zhu Pet!

But don’t you notice that these eBay sellers somehow magically always have inventory?!  Well while going through my Wii struggles last year I found out how they do it!

No it’s not Astrology, Black Magic or any other concoction developed in a Kettle… Just a few drops of technology does it!

If you have an internet browser, a healthy finger and a little patience, you can do exactly what these vilified resellers do every holiday season and actually get one of these critters…at less than $10 bucks…in time for the grand present opening ceremony!

So What is This Secret Method?  Not so secret anymore…

There are only three steps really…

OK so now you have watched the video. I have spilled my guts and now you KNOW exactly what you need to do. But I know some people rather have written instructions… So…. Here they are. Find what you need to do in three easy steps. Basically you:

1. Set Up your Amazon.com Account appropriately…
2. Go to the secret website I use…
3. Buy the goddamn thing and save some money in the process!

Ok, ok that was a summary… here go the full blown instructions:

Step 1

Set up your Amazon.com account…
In this game, as you can see, the main differentiator between you and them (the resellers) is SPEED. So… we need to balance the edge. One way to be able to quickly go through with a transaction on Amazon.com is to set up 1-Click. If you don’t know 1-Click just go to your Amazon.com account and look it up, there is plenty of information on it.

The thing is.. you need to have 1-Click ON and be logged in when the time is right!

The second thing I do to balance the playing field is to use AZ-Grabber.com. With these two elements in your favor there should be no reason why you could not do EXACTLY what they do!

Do NOT Skip This Step. Speed is the KEY!

Step 2

My Secret Weapon…
OK you have your 1-Click settings turned ON. Now you need to go to my secret weapon.

In AZ-Grabber.com add the product you want to watch. There is a quick tutorial video on how to do this straight on the site. Also, if you watched the 8 minute video above, you already know what I am talking about. Then click “Save My Watch List”. Now everytime you go to AZ-Grabber.com on this computer it will remember what products you are watching.

This next step is VERY important! You must click the “Test this item’s alarm” button way at the bottom to make sure everything is working! After you recover from the SHOCK of hearing the alarm you can either move to step three or do a little troubleshooting (see below).

Troubleshooting: The most common problem you’ll have is that your browser will try and stop the product page from appearing when it is in stock. You MUST set your browser/popup blocker to allow popups from AZ-Grabber.com. There are no other popups on this site (there’s no sneaky advertising)… it just needs to open the Amazon.com page so you can order quickly.

Make SURE this is set up properly! It is the biggest reason you might fail to get what you are looking for.

Also, when you test the notification make sure your volume is appropriate and you can hear and recognize the alarm when it sounds. This may sound silly… but you need to be able to react quickly when the alarm goes off.

Now the only thing left to do is wait for Amazon.com to get the item in stock. There is no rhyme or reason to this. You should always be watching for it.

Just leave your web browser running in the background. You can go on doing whatever you normally do. Just remember that if you don’t have a web browser with www.AZ-Grabber.com loaded it WILL NOT WORK. I even had it set as my home page to make sure I remembered to have it running.

Step 3

The easy part!

When the alarm sounds rush to your computer and the product page for the item you are watching should be displayed in your browser. Check the Price…Order it with 1 Click! And CHECK OUT! Don’t wait around shopping for accessories or whatever…
