No, but the males …
No, but the males are way cleaner then the females. I had 2 males, and they didn’t stink. I only had to clean their cage like once a month, sometimes every 2, and the shavings were never wet nor had a smell to it. I have read they eat their poop to help with digestion, but i think mine drank their own pee…..LOL

I had a bunch. Mine …
I had a bunch. Mine had babies. I had 2 that were like babies to me. Their braind are a lil more advanced ten what most give them credit for, cause i had one, his name was deeze nuts, and i would call him short for dee. When he was in his ball, i could call him, and he would stop and roll right up to my keg. He done that several times. He was smart, cause he knew his name.

Basically, these …
Basically, these are for small kids anyway. I wouldn’t want my 4 yr old taking care of a real hamster until she’s a lil older anyway. This kinda gets them prepared of what to expect out of a real one. As far as the feeding goes, well it won’t be hard when a child is a lil older.

Well some people …
Well some people don’t even have children…..their either selfish, or just don’t care for kids……same goes with animals. Not everyone wants one of those either. These are good for ages 4-8. i think that a fake hamster is good. It gets them prepared for a real one when they turn a little older. Maybe 9 or 10.

what a great way to …
what a great way to train children for a real pet,not having to clean, not having to feed everyday, not having to care for it at all,not learning a real pet is fragile, not having to learn that real living things actually have a personallity, how fun!

I think this is …
I think this is really stupid to. I would rather pet something that had a real brain and could enjoy my company. Hampsters can, Ive had them for pets before and they can be great.

good luck!
I work at a Hallmark store and we’re supposed to get them end of december/early january. So maybe you can check a hallmark store (they vary so some could already have them). My store gets multiple phone calls a day asking about them…I don’t see the big deal. I had real hamsters growing up and I have one now as an adult. They can never get boring!

I can’t find these …
I can’t find these robot rodents anywhere for retail prices. I told my niece that I’d get her a real hamster, but she seemed grossed out by the idea. Anyway, I’m hoping my luck will change by using —WhenInStock*com—- It’s a new Amazon stock inventory tool and it lets you know the minute Amazon get new stock that sells for normal retail price. At least this way, i have a fighting chance to get one before they sell out again. (I bet one week after christmas, there’ll be plenty of zhu zhus)
